The Andersons had just purchased a building on Crawford St. in Findlay when they came to KHID. They wanted the 2nd floor of the old brick building to be transformed into an amazing space for their graphic designers to work and be inspired as well as an entertaining space for their clients.

This space not only needed to be cool, but it had to function well. So KHID began digging into what AR Marketing needed the space to give them. A few private offices, a showcase conference room with a bar and lounge area, open office workstations with a large collaborative table in the middle, a break room, a large work room, and a Crawford St. entrance were all key items on the list. With so many creative brains in the mix, we were not short on great ideas. The challenge, however, was how to reign in all that creativity to pick and choose the pieces that will be molded together in just the right way. Our goal was a beautiful, super cool, but a little funky marketing firm office.
