Upscale housing in a smaller footprint.

 

When the owner of The Townhomes of Liberty Ridge noticed a lack of upscale tenant housing in Findlay, he ventured out to develop a luxury townhome complex. Each unit was to be luxurious, with clean lines and modern finishes. 

KHID was recruited to stage the model townhome to show off the potential of the upscale living space. Trying to appeal to the masses, we built a foundation of larger pieces with neutral tones and layered it with soft blues and greens, which are known for their calming qualities. Accessories with texture and interest were added as final touches which help transform this model unit into a welcoming home.

 

How We Design Your Space

To ensure the best quality service for our clients, KHID’s process begins with programming information gained through our client questionnaire.  With this information, we develop space planning and pull appropriate furniture, fixtures and finishes that secure a thoughtful and beautiful design. Our design boards present these notions in a clear and organized manor that is easy for clients to understand and add comments. Once the client approves the design, the project can move forward to the implementation phase.
